We are so much in our minds right now, that we need to take a second and get out and get out and into our BODIES.
That might look like you doing some self-care for your physical body. Dancing, mindful eating, showering slowly and deliberately while listening to every sound the bottles make and the way your body feels when you touch it, indoor spa treatments, breath work, masturbation, putting on your favorite outfit our make-up, absolutely anything that makes you feel connected to your body.
I’m sharing a new check list for things you can use as an indoor spa treatment inspiration if you’re bored or wanting to connect to your body and not sure where to start. None of them are for everyone and are in no way meant to be done to change the body you have because you dislike it. We can love our bodies and still pamper it and make it feel good! Everything looks different for everyone.
