Your self-love challenge this week is to become more mindful of your senses! Pick one of your five senses, and try recording (writing, audio recording, whatever you prefer), a log of everything you can think of that you experience of that particular sense on that day!
Make a whole deal out of it! Carry a not pad around with you! Tell other people you’re doing it!
