Happy Monday! Your self-love challenge this week is to make a list (journaling is great, but you can also do it mentally, publicly, verbally, however you want to do it) of all the ways in which your life is abundant.
Too often we focus on abundance being something only dealing with finances and money. But to be truly abundant, we need to recognize abundance comes in all areas of life, or at least has the potential to. And practicing gratitude for that abundance just breeds more abundance!
So think about your relationships, your home, your city, your pets, your education, your spirituality, your love, everything in your life. Where are you full and feeling abundant? Now write it down and express gratitude for it!
