Get Yourself In Water
This is the perfect time to get yourself to water! I know depending on where you live, whether you’re landlocked or which hemisphere you’re in, there might not be much access to oceans or at least warm sources of natural water, but connecting to water has a lot of benefits.
It’s good for connecting to nature, (you can practice Earthing here — check out the PDF in the Files section on that!), you can channel your emotions, you can decrease your stress and anxiety, and so much more.
So I don’t care if it’s a lake, pond, creek, ocean, river, a pool, a water park, a waterfall, standing in the rain, hot tub, baths at a spa, or taking a shower or bath in your home. Dip your toes in or your whole body. Connect with the water however you can.
