Happy Monday! Your self-love challenge this week might seem simple, but it might be harder than you think to get through! It’s to eat one, just one, meal without having your phone or a TV in front of you!
We get so plugged into everything, we forget to unplug for 5 minutes to just consume our lunch. If we’re scrolling through social media or answering e-mails or bingeing Netflix, we’re not going to be as mindful of our food, which means we won’t practice gratitude and it won’t taste as good as it could!
So just get through one meal without distraction. Focus on eating!
