Your challenge this week is to tap into whatever feels healthy for you, but you might have been avoiding. For the sake of this challenge, we are focusing on physical/body health.
That might look like splurging on something super (physically) healthy for yourself, like an extravagant healthy dinner, pre-packaging fresh chopped fruits and veggies for the entire week, taking advantage of a free week of a personal trainer, using a friend’s gym membership buddy pass, going to a spa/sauna, upgrading your workout shoes, getting a juicer, driving somewhere beautiful to take a long walk, getting a subscription to a program/membership/service, etc.
It might *also* look like doing something for your physical health that you’ve been putting off. Does that mean going to the doctor, getting blood work done, getting a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, starting to exercise/move your body on a regular basis, get a pedometer on your phone, get tested for STI/D’s, go to sleep earlier, quit a substance abuse addiction, stop eating out every night, not drink as much caffeine, wear sunscreen, etc.
