A one-off profile of British pop superstar Robbie Williams. It took a year and a half to get permission to film the lavish dance sequence on London’s Regent Street, which is owned by the British royal family. Two nights before filming was scheduled to begin, after a week of rehearsals, Queen Elizabeth II passed away and filming had to be postponed. Everyone, including shopkeepers and staff, had to be paid somehow, and production insurance did not cover losses due to the death of a monarch. The producers had to raise funds to film the sequence, which was filmed five months later.
